ABOUT
Twenty-five years playing chess with Google.
Tony started in search in the year 2000, back when getting on page one meant figuring out what the algorithm wanted before the algorithm knew. Twenty-five years later, the principles haven't changed. Only the engine has. SEO got businesses ranked by Google. GEO gets them cited by AI. Tony sees them as two halves of the same job, being the answer worth picking and runs both, every day, from Sydney.
philosophy
Transparent. Long-term. No tirekickers.
01
Transparent
You see the work.
Every link. Every ranking. Every press release. Reported monthly, in writing.
02
long - term
You see the work.
Six-to-eight year clients are the norm. Some have stayed thirteen. Loyalty is the metric.
03
No tirekickers
We pick our clients.
We work with businesses we want to keep, not numbers we want to hit. Quality over scale.

Husband, wife, and the work between them.
Tony Adams
Tony Adams started in search in the year 2000, back when getting on page one meant figuring out what the algorithm wanted before the algorithm knew. Twenty-five years later, the principles haven't really changed. Only the engine has. Before search, Tony was a stockbroker. He still talks like one — risk, return, and the unfair advantage of a network nobody else has. Today he runs SEO and GEO out of Sydney, with clients who've stayed six, eight, sometimes thirteen years.
Deanna Adams
Deanna is the half of GEO Sydney that keeps the business running. She handles the reporting that goes out every month, the press releases that build the citation network, and the client relationships that have lasted eight, ten, thirteen years. If Tony's not picking up the phone, she is. Nothing in GEO Sydney is outsourced, and that's largely because of Deanna. No offshore teams. No project managers. The work that touches the client touches her first.
